2. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property.
Our Tools & Frameworks: We retain ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in the development process.
Open Source: Any open-source components included in deliverables are subject to their respective licenses.
Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may reference the project (without sharing confidential details) in our portfolio.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, clients agree to:

Provide timely access to required design files, content, and feedback
